那么,影(ying)響RCO催化燃(ran)燒設備(bei)催化性能的因素有哪些呢?

一、不同進(jin)氣(qi)濃度(du)對催化(hua)性能的影響(xiang)以非甲烷總烴作為研究對象,其進(jin)氣(qi)濃度(du)在150mg/L-300mg/L范(fan)圍內,設定進(jin)氣(qi)風量為2500m3/h、空速為10000h-1、催化(hua)溫(wen)度(du)在250℃,用單(dan)因素(su)試驗(yan)法,考察非甲烷總烴進(jin)氣(qi)濃度(du)對催化(hua)性能的影響(xiang)。

非甲烷總烴(jing)(jing)的(de)(de)(de)進(jin)(jin)氣(qi)(qi)濃(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)度(du)(du)對(dui)催(cui)化(hua)性(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)有(you)影響(xiang),當非甲烷總烴(jing)(jing)的(de)(de)(de)進(jin)(jin)氣(qi)(qi)濃(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)度(du)(du)低于200mg/L時(shi),其去除率不(bu)大于90%;當進(jin)(jin)氣(qi)(qi)濃(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)度(du)(du)上升到200mg/L以上其催(cui)化(hua)性(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)趨(qu)向穩定,去除率超過。原(yuan)因(yin)可能(neng)(neng)是(shi)當進(jin)(jin)氣(qi)(qi)濃(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)度(du)(du)較低時(shi),過低的(de)(de)(de)濃(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)度(du)(du)在沒(mei)有(you)添(tian)加助燃(ran)(ran)劑的(de)(de)(de)情況(kuang)下(xia),燃(ran)(ran)燒不(bu)充分,只有(you)當進(jin)(jin)氣(qi)(qi)濃(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)度(du)(du)達到值,在設定的(de)(de)(de)試驗條(tiao)件下(xia),催(cui)化(hua)燃(ran)(ran)燒反應充分,繼(ji)續加大進(jin)(jin)度(du)(du)濃(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)度(du)(du),催(cui)化(hua)性(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)變化(hua)幅度(du)(du)不(bu)大。設定進(jin)(jin)氣(qi)(qi)風(feng)量為(wei)2500m3/h、空速(su)為(wei)10000h-1、進(jin)(jin)氣(qi)(qi)濃(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)度(du)(du)為(wei)210mg/L,使用單(dan)因(yin)素(su)試驗法,考察不(bu)同催(cui)化(hua)溫度(du)(du)對(dui)催(cui)化(hua)性(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)的(de)(de)(de)影響(xiang)。

非(fei)(fei)甲(jia)烷總(zong)烴的去(qu)除率隨(sui)著催化(hua)(hua)溫度(du)(du)(du)的升高而增大,當(dang)催化(hua)(hua)溫度(du)(du)(du)低(di)于220℃時,非(fei)(fei)甲(jia)烷總(zong)烴去(qu)除率低(di)于90%;當(dang)溫度(du)(du)(du)上升到240℃-350℃之(zhi)間,其催化(hua)(hua)性能達到較佳,非(fei)(fei)甲(jia)烷總(zong)烴去(qu)除率保持在左右(you);但350℃以后催化(hua)(hua)性能逐(zhu)漸變弱。因此,在本(ben)設定的試驗條件下,較佳催化(hua)(hua)性能溫度(du)(du)(du)參(can)數為240℃-350℃。

二、空(kong)(kong)(kong)速(su)(su)(su)對(dui)催(cui)(cui)化(hua)性能(neng)的(de)影(ying)響(xiang)(xiang):空(kong)(kong)(kong)速(su)(su)(su)在催(cui)(cui)化(hua)燃(ran)燒(shao)工藝設計(ji)是的(de)一個重要參數,本節(jie)研究(jiu)在進氣風量為(wei)2500m3/h、催(cui)(cui)化(hua)溫度為(wei)250℃、進氣濃度為(wei)210mg/L的(de)條件(jian)下,使用單因素試驗法,設定空(kong)(kong)(kong)速(su)(su)(su)為(wei)10000h-1-50000h-1之間(jian),考察空(kong)(kong)(kong)速(su)(su)(su)對(dui)催(cui)(cui)化(hua)性能(neng)的(de)影(ying)響(xiang)(xiang)。空(kong)(kong)(kong)速(su)(su)(su)在10000h-1-25000h-1內,對(dui)非甲烷總烴的(de)去(qu)(qu)除(chu)率降幅不(bu)大(da);但當空(kong)(kong)(kong)速(su)(su)(su)超過25000h-1時,對(dui)催(cui)(cui)化(hua)性能(neng)的(de)影(ying)響(xiang)(xiang)開始變大(da);空(kong)(kong)(kong)速(su)(su)(su)為(wei)50000h-1時非甲烷總烴去(qu)(qu)除(chu)率僅剩41.43%。原(yuan)因主要是空(kong)(kong)(kong)速(su)(su)(su)大(da),一部分催(cui)(cui)化(hua)燃(ran)燒(shao)器(qi)中的(de)廢氣尚(shang)未(wei)與催(cui)(cui)化(hua)劑充分接觸即被帶離反應(ying)器(qi),催(cui)(cui)化(hua)反應(ying)不(bu)充分,從而影(ying)響(xiang)(xiang)催(cui)(cui)化(hua)性能(neng),造成低(di)去(qu)(qu)除(chu)率的(de)結果(guo)。

綜上所(suo)述:(1)非甲烷總(zong)烴的進氣濃度對催(cui)(cui)化(hua)(hua)(hua)性(xing)能有(you)影響,當進氣濃度達到值時(shi),其催(cui)(cui)化(hua)(hua)(hua)性(xing)能趨(qu)向穩定,具(ju)有(you)較好的催(cui)(cui)化(hua)(hua)(hua)效(xiao)果(guo)。(2)催(cui)(cui)化(hua)(hua)(hua)溫度對催(cui)(cui)化(hua)(hua)(hua)效(xiao)果(guo)影響較大,非甲烷總(zong)烴的去(qu)除(chu)率隨著催(cui)(cui)化(hua)(hua)(hua)溫度的升高而變化(hua)(hua)(hua),催(cui)(cui)化(hua)(hua)(hua)溫度過(guo)低和過(guo)高都不利(li)于提高催(cui)(cui)化(hua)(hua)(hua)性(xing)能,較佳催(cui)(cui)化(hua)(hua)(hua)性(xing)能在溫度區間范圍內體現。(3)空速(su)過(guo)大,會導致一(yi)部分催(cui)(cui)化(hua)(hua)(hua)燃燒(shao)器中(zhong)的廢氣尚(shang)未與催(cui)(cui)化(hua)(hua)(hua)劑充(chong)(chong)分接觸即(ji)被帶離反(fan)應(ying)器,催(cui)(cui)化(hua)(hua)(hua)反(fan)應(ying)不充(chong)(chong)分,從而影響催(cui)(cui)化(hua)(hua)(hua)性(xing)能。
